ClubWST — Boutique Pilates Club Waitlist & Launch Platform
Pre-launch platform for a boutique reformer pilates and lifestyle club in Amsterdam-West. Trilingual invite flow, founding-member capture and direct integration with the bsport booking platform — built to convert interest into booked members before the doors open.
The Challenge
A club that has not opened yet has exactly one job online: collect the right people before the doors do. ClubWST needed a pre-launch presence that felt as considered as the studio itself — 152 m², six people per session, a hard cap of 150 members — while doing something more demanding than looking good. The waitlist had to feed real booking infrastructure, not a spreadsheet, and it had to work for a Dutch, English and Turkish audience without fragmenting into three separate sites.
The Solution
The signup flow is deliberately short — first name, last name, email — because every additional field costs conversions on a page whose only purpose is a conversion. Submissions are routed straight into bsport, the club's official booking platform, so founding members exist in the real system from day one rather than being migrated later. Capacity is framed as scarcity with real numbers pulled from the studio plan (150 member cap, six per session, 152 m²), and locale routing under /nl keeps Dutch, English and Turkish served as distinct crawlable URLs from a single codebase.

ClubWST is opening in Amsterdam-West as an exclusive boutique reformer pilates and lifestyle club, and the website has one job before the doors do: build the founding membership. Everything on the page is arranged around that single outcome.
Scarcity with real numbers The studio's actual capacity figures are the marketing: a hard cap of 150 members, six people per session, 152 m² of studio space at Radarweg 313. Those are not decorative statistics — they are the reason to sign up early, stated honestly.
A form that goes somewhere real The signup asks for three fields and nothing more. Submissions are processed straight into bsport, the club's official booking platform, so a founding member captured today exists in the system staff will actually use on opening day — no export, no manual migration, no batch of addresses sitting in an inbox.
One codebase, three languages Locale routing under /nl serves Dutch, English and Turkish as distinct crawlable URLs rather than a client-side language toggle, so the club can reach its actual Amsterdam audience in their own language without maintaining three separate sites.
Built for the gap between launch dates The private preview state, founding-member update framing and a separate team access surface mean the site is useful in the awkward period before opening — collecting early access requests, setting expectations, and preparing staff —instead of being an under-construction placeholder that wastes the months when demand is cheapest to capture.
