OOM Transport Services — Autotransport & Pechhulp Platform

Booking-and-trust platform for a national vehicle transport and roadside assistance company operating 24/7 from Zwijndrecht. Custom WordPress theme with a service-area plugin, WhatsApp-first conversion, and live Google review integration — one of the performance-critical sites I have built.

The Challenge

Roadside assistance is bought in a panic. Someone is stranded, often with a car that will not start, and they find a transport company on a phone in the dark. That means the site has to answer three questions instantly — can you help me, how fast, and can I trust you — and then get the person off the page and into a conversation with almost no friction. A booking form is the wrong interaction for a customer who is standing next to a broken car; the business needed a platform where reputation is visible and contact is one tap away, across a service area that spans the whole country and stretches into Germany and Belgium on request.

The Solution

Contact is deliberately WhatsApp-first: a deep link with prefilled context, so the customer sends their location and vehicle in a channel the owner already answers on a phone at 3am. A custom service-area plugin models the real operating geometry — Zwijndrecht as the main address, standplaatsen and a network of takelwagens covering Dordrecht, Rotterdam, the Drechtsteden, Zuid-Holland and the rest of the Netherlands, with Germany and Belgium on request — so coverage is stated as a fact rather than a vague claim. Trust is made concrete with live Google review integration through Trustindex, surfacing real named reviews with real specifics (a two-day delivery window, live location updates during transport). Local SEO and structured content support the Zwijndrecht, Dordrecht and Rotterdam search intent that actually produces these calls.

OOM Transport Services moves vehicles across the Netherlands and rescues drivers who are stuck — 24/7, from a main address in Zwijndrecht, using multiple standplaatsen and a network of recovery trucks. The website is built for the moment of need rather than the moment of browsing.

WhatsApp-first, because the customer is standing next to a broken car The primary action is not a form — it is a WhatsApp deep link with prefilled context, plus a direct call button. The owner explains the working method plainly: send your location, vehicle details and a short description, get a price agreement based on the vehicle and the trip, then a confirmed availability and arrival window. Clarity first, execution second.

A service area modelled as real geometry, not a slogan A custom plugin describes actual coverage: Zwijndrecht as the main address, standplaatsen across the country, and reach into Dordrecht, Rotterdam, the Drechtsteden, Zuid-Holland and the rest of the Netherlands. Collection in Germany or Belgium is stated as available on request rather than implied. Customers can check whether help applies to them before they call, which removes the most common wasted contact of all.

Reputation made concrete The reviews section pulls live Google reviews through Trustindex and shows them with names and specifics — a car transported two days later and delivered intact, live location sharing during the trip, one driver pulling a car with a failed clutch out of an underground garage. For a service bought under stress, named evidence does more work than any headline.

Built to be found locally Services, working method, coverage, FAQ and contact are structured as crawlable content for the searches that actually generate these calls — autotransport and pechhulp in and around Zwijndrecht, Dordrecht and Rotterdam — rather than being locked inside images or a single scrolling landing page.
